Due to the nature of our products and federal health regulations all sales are final! Before shipment your order has gone through strict quality control system so we ensure that ONLY best quality product was shipped to you.

No cancellations are permitted once the order was placed.

RETURNS

We take pride in our products and quality is 100% guaranteed. However, if you received a product that is truly faulty we want to hear from you. If you have received a defective product, you must contact our customer service within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase and submit an exchange request. Our customer service agent will then provide the customer with instructions for the return of All of the product in question. 

Please note, that no returns are accepted if the hair was permed, cut, colored, removed from weft band, or otherwise processed. According to the Federal Law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please, return the item in the original condition as a necessary health precaution.

Customer is liable to pay return shipping. A replacement will be sent as soon as we confirm the receipt of the original item and it is verified that the product is defective at any way. No refunds will be permitted.

 

SHIPPING DELAYS

If you have a deadline. e.g. a booked hair appointment, for your own convenience we highly encourage you to place your order in advance to allow unanticipated delays. You will get a delivery estimate for your order based on the information we receive from the carrier. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, weather, natural disasters or carrier delays. If your order was placed during holiday time, please, keep in mind that holidays do not count as business days.



FAILED DELIVERIES

It is very important that you give us the most accurate address information possible. In most cases, incomplete or incorrect shipping address is the major cause of shipment delays.
